SELF-CHECK-IN AND DEPARTURES
Arrivals are now carried out entirely independently, in order to offer you greater flexibility over your arrival times.
The day before your arrival, you will receive the access code for the secure box which will contain the room keys as well as useful information for your stay.
Please note that we remain available for you at the cider house between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. every day. Outside of opening hours, we can be reached for emergencies via a bell provided for this purpose at the entrance to the cider house.
Rooms are available from 4 p.m.
Departure must be before 11 a.m.
Continental breakfasts are included in the price of the room

Cancellation policy at any time
An amount equivalent to 10% of the total amount of the reservation is non-refundable.

An amount equivalent to 10% of the total reservation amount is non-refundable at any time. 90% of the amount can be refunded, if the cancellation occurs more than 30 days before the arrival date.

The full amount will be charged in the event of cancellation, downward modification, change of date or non-honored reservation.(7 days or less in advance)

The cottage is completely non-smoking (penalty fee of $200).

Prevention COVID-19
To restrict physical contact as much as possible, please note that if you stay more than one night, we will not enter your room for the refreshment of your items.
Our rooms' housekeeping is subject to rigorous cleaning and disinfection protocols with particular attention to the surfaces most frequently touched by the hands.
To prevent the spread of Covid-19, we have removed gowns and reduced the number of accessories, such as clothes hangers. However, it is possible to make a request.
